A kit with everything you need to make ceramics at home!
This kit is perfect for beginners and advanced ceramic lovers who just want to create at their own pace. It is also a great gift idea for creative people. It comes with short video instructions to help you create your ceramic objects and includes the firing and glazing service.
This kit is only available in Montpellier, France, as I have to take care of the firing of the pieces in my atelier at Halle Tropisme.
What does the KIT CERÁMICA include?
- 1,5 Kg of white clay.
- 2 color of engobes (ceramic paint).
- 2 paint brushes.
- A set of 8 ceramic tools.
- A4 wooden board as a work surface.
- A roller and 2 sticks to work on the plaque technique.
- 1 pot of barbotine (ceramic glue).
- Instructions to make your pieces.
- All in a cute tote-bag :)
It is also included in the price the glazing and firing
service in my kiln!

How does it work?

Come pick up the KIT CERÁMICA at the Halle Tropisme in Montpellier. The pick up instructions will be sent to you by e-mail.

Make your pieces at home at your own pace by following the instructions. You can take your time, you have up to 3 months to finish your pieces.

Bring the pieces to my workshop at Ateliers Tropisme and I will handle the firing in a ceramic kiln and the glazing with transparent glaze.

Come and pick up your finished pieces in 3 weeks !
Choose the KIT CERÁMICA you want, choose the colours of paint and tote-bag, and select "Pick up Halle Tropisme" at checkout. Note that the only difference between the kits are the instructions to make the different pieces.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I use my own clay?
I will only handle the firings of the pieces made with the kit that was provided. It is absolutely prohibited to use clay, engobes or glazes bought from outside. This could cause great damage to the kiln and to other students' pieces.
Do I have to live in Montpellier to get it?
The kit is only avaiable in Montpellier. You have to be able to come pick it up and drop off your pieces at my atelier located in Montpellier.
Can I use the kit to do other objects?
The kit comes with instructions for the indicated theme. If you already know ceramics and want to do other objects, go for it! I will handle the firing and glazing of a max 4 pieces per kit.
Is it for beginners?
Yes! You can use this kit even if it is the first time you work with clay. The short video instructions will gide you through the process.
If I already bought a kit, can I buy only the clay to do another one?
Sure! you can buy extra clay and glazes to do other objects once you bought your fist kit. Please write an email to hello@terra-mate.com.
